Go to steamapps\common\dawn of war2 then double click WorldBuilder.exe, as shown below,

Wait a moment, while WorldBuilder loading, after loading, the WorldBuilder looks like as shown below:

Now, click file->new, then name it as whatever you want, may be new-scenario as shown below,

Now, after the map has been in place, what you should do, ah.. don’t think too hard, just explore it first, since you have already play campaign in the dawn of war II, may be you want to see all the object or space marine character, or eldar, there you have it inside of WorldBuilder.

Find object placement icon, then click it, on the leftside bar you will see the list of all object that you need in this scenario. You can drag the leftside bar up and down in order to get see the bottom of leftside bar. Just quick to understand, click the leftside bar, just click ebps, now click all the tree till you see vehicle->sm_drop_pod on the campaign->playable tree, use mouse, LEFT-CLICK to select the object on the leftside bar, then move your mouse to map to place the object use RIGHT-CLICK to place the object. There you go, you have the first movement to create drop pod. Congratulations, also this object will animated while you put on the map. If you succeed, you will the drop pod as shown below:

Now, click File-Save, if you forget in 10 minute to save, WorldBuilder will remain you as follow:

There it is, you just create your first drop pod on the new map scenario. Congratulations!

Dawn of War 2 Space Hulk

Space Hulk is the new release of Dawn of War 2 after Chaos Marine ? no, it is just the MOD from french community to expand the game of Dawn of War 2.

Expantion Game from Dawn of War 2

Have you found your Dawn of War 2  Chaos Rising not display the character perfectly, mostly on the main menu you can see Chaos Marine Gun became shadow or when you play campaign the character became shadow, just like ghost character, this is because the parameter in graphic settings. Well, you try to set your graphic setting became medium, then apply, then Dawn of War exit suddenly, now what ? You open Dawn of War again and the graphic settings did not changed at all.

This is the problem of graphic settings for Dawn of War 2  Chaos Marine patch 2.1, if you found the problem just like i mention at above, use manual configuration. How to do that ?

Please look at configuration file which is the configuration file name is configuration.lua at folder \documens\My Games\Dawn of War2\Settings, open it using notepad, then see the physic or alias set, or shader quality, try to set this to value 0 ( zero ), after you finish save it, then run Dawn Of War 2 Chaos Marine again using steam, all character would be fine in graphic. If you want better performance, just set some parameters in graphic into low, but if you want to get ultra graphic then you need DirectX 11 and buy ATI 5870 or 5970 with Eyefinity multi monitor configuration.

Your adrenalin would be rush, after you defeat one primary objectives then another objectives appear, you think it’s game over, not yet. You just bound with space marine and finish your job.

Dawn of War
Blood Raven journey fighting with orks, if we playing this game, there are so weird unit, it seem like we play space marine and the character so short, may be in 2004, this is the best character ever created. But we never feel those like short character if play and start the game from the default camera view. If you found this so weird, nevermind, just play it and enjoy the scenario or skirmish game. This is the first game of Dawn of War, introducing space marine and ork, later you will notice how those space marine will became more realistic. Until i wrote this article, the demo still available through steam.

Dawn of War Winter Assault
Introduced Imperial Guard, i think imperial guard is the weakest unit, even though we reinvorce many unit of army, untill we capture relic and create big tank, then we increase our strenght. I compare and see this demo still have not redefine the character, it seem the character short and like we play with dwarf. We start this demo as Imperial Guard. Yet, as i ever download and wrote this article, this demo still available through steam.

Dawn of War Dark Crusade
Introduced Tau Empire, this demo not available anymore through steampowered.com, i ever see this demo, but afte several weeks, i cannot find it anymore, though my demo cd of Dawn of War Dark Crusade has been gone after fire house. I cannot even save those CD-ROM demo, but life must go on, we should stand and survive. Yet, i still cannot compare it with previous version, i ever play this demo, and i enjoy this game. The demo give us play as Tau Empire, i like Tau Empire, this unit give us more strenght through robot and vehicle unit. We fought againts space marine, and try to capture bombardment satellite, finally we need to capture the fortress of space marine.

Dawn of War Soulstorm
Introduced Sister of Battle, Dark Eldar, and many enhancement, including redefine each unit and character. I like this version, even play the demo version, there are enjoyable unit as Dark Eldar. Relic create enhancement and redefine unit of each race in this version. Use ALT+Mouse Movement, you will see from the different camera view, and see the different of each character, starting from Dawn of War first version, relic using 3 dimensional architecture to create this game. We love 3D RTS game, when it turn into strategy game it will became more powerfull using 3D. Well, you might can be say First Person shooter is the best game, but you will find more attractive action game on Dawn of War 2: The Last Stand. This is free additional mode of Dawn of War 2, thousand people playing it and enjoy the game.

Relic redefine and reshape of each character in this version game, using more depth pixel, and rich ehancement, i like this version of environment, the jungle, the smoke, the building and the new redefine Space Marine. There are available demo of Dawn of War 2 Single Player Demo. If you doubt your computer can run or not this game, download the demo first. If you find your computer error when running this game, do not hold the busplat error window, just send it to relic. They will get this error and investigate and will redeploy updates for the next release, well, better update through steam, this is more fast then should wait the news from relic, steam will always deliver updated patch working together with relic entertainment.

Get High Score And Survive

We might be most often winning the wave 16 has been hard to fight because we fought with ourselves with our own wargear, but sometimes it was very fast too win at Wave 16. I got this experience with Paindemonium and Lordb Gobbie123, the first time I play with Lordb Gobbie123 using orbital, and Lordb Gobbie123 using hero Eldar Farseer, but one team left us, then we doom at wave 9, we start the game again, Lordb Gobbie123 now choose as Ork Mekboy, then Paindemonium entered into our battle, Paindemonium take different style to fight by using Taunt, and dread, too bad I am not using Orbital Bombardment, I am only using Dread, then at wave 20 we doom again, but we proud because we got high score this time until more than 7 million point, the biggest I ever get.

Ok, Paindemonium and Lordb this is a credit for you, because we work as a team and listening each other to winning the game until wave 20. For your eyes only I put the screenshot with this article, how chaos marine rise again at wave 20, for sure this is gonna be the next game of Dawn of War 2, with title Chaos Rising, with sindri as leader of Chaos Rising. We can find chaos marine army at Dawn of War: The Dark Crusade game. But now at Dawn of War 2, many character and enhancement for each character make more this game very artistic and more realistic, so be sure you play online, and might be you found me on the Dawn of War 2: The Last Stand, and we try to reach the highest score and defeat Sindri  of Chaos Rising.

Wave 20

There are some good tip to survive untill wave 20. How to do that ? To survive until wave 20, you need your team mate, you cannot win till wave 20 alone. At least you should have team that can work with you as a team, I got wasamakilla as eldar farseer, and the iph as space marine, and me as ork mekboy. Yet our main focus is to survive till wave 20, so we ignore strategic point, wasamakilla using hide wargear to protect us from attacking and give us more time to increase our health and energy. eldar farseer can use wargear confuse to set the enemy to fight each others. Sure, its about tactical and strategy to win, even in wave 7, if you are not using tactical to defend and attack eldar banshee, you will die. Space marine using orbital bombarder, I use roks to eliminate enemy while eldar farseer use storm to destroy large area of enemy, we pull enemy to the east gate, and on the entrance gate we destroy all using roks, orbital bombardir and storm.

We can use sm wargear to call enemy and pull to the south west point, this is the point where cover will protect you from attacking, good point to survive, while on the east gate you can easy to attack, in this point you can regain your health and energy.

Defeated On Wave 20
After we win and survive on wave 19, we go to wave 20, before going into wave 20, there some cut schene of Chaos Marine which came and rise from the statue, the statue transform into Chaos Marine, the other army coming in. In this wave 20 our team defeated. But i will give it a try to win on wave 20. So check back soon.
